Announcing SafetyChain Mobile™ - Visit us at Food Safety Summit – Booth 302!
With today’s SafetyChain SCS Mobile announcement – I’m pleased to say we’ve just made it even easier for our customers to automate, streamline and improve food safety and quality processes.
For use with any smart mobile device, SafetyChain Mobile allows true paperless FSQA data and documentation reporting – from farm-to-fork. Key capabilities that all participants in a food supply chain ( suppliers/growers, manufacturers/co-packers, distributors/importers and food service/retailers) can benefit from include:
- Going paperless from the earliest point possible in a company’s FSQA processes – recording quality attributes and food safety data on mobile forms directly from a produce field, distribution center or processing plant, for example – eliminating paper checklists, red-books and the need to manually enter “clip board” paper form info
