Now SafetyChain is a Complete Plant Management Platform

Have you noticed our new website?

SafetyChain is growing and responding to the needs of its customers. Previously recognized as the leading Quality Management System for food and beverage manufacturers in North America, we’ve added robust features that serve the needs of Production, Operations, and Plant Managers, as well. So now, from the same platform FSQA professionals have relied on in the past to ensure food safety, quality, and compliance, F&B companies can also improve yield, drive continuous improvement, and optimize performance across all of their manufacturing locations.

The concept behind our transition is simple: point solutions can never support a business the way a fully-integrated business intelligence platform can. SafetyChain was already a leader in food safety and quality management solutions and we wanted to bring you best-of-breed solutions for OEE and SPC, too, giving F&B leadership the tools they need to manage their entire plants, from receiving to load-out. Welcome to the new SafetyChain - the industry’s #1 Plant Management Platform purpose-built to improve yield, maximize productivity, and ensure compliance.

What Does the Change to a Plant Management Platform Mean for Existing Customers?

Existing customers will experience no disruption of features or services. Depending on which solutions they purchased, some customers may even gain access to additional new features. Our Customer Success Team will gradually roll-out remote webinar trainings to explain these.

What Are the Biggest Differences Between a QMS and a Plant Management Platform?

In the past, our solutions were grouped by quality, safety, and compliance features. We still offer three distinct solutions (together, making up our new Plant Management Platform), but the features within these solution modules have been recategorized and expanded, and their names have updated.

In addition, several COVID-19 solutions have been recently added to the Platform – please contact your Account Manager to confirm which you already might have access to. If you’re not already a customer, there’s no better time to ask to talk to a product specialist or attend a Demo Day to learn more!
